TeachOpenCAAD (opens in a new tab) is a kind of open source CADD course which focuses on teaching computer-aided-drug-design using python which includes machine learning and other maths library. Till now it's one of the best courses i got on the internet related to CADD.

This course uses python and several python libraries like Rdkit, numpy, pandas etc. so basic knowledge of python and programming concepts are prerequisits.
